There are certain events that occurred in your life in which you had an idea about them even before they happened and sometimes you end up saying things like ‘I knew this was going to happen’. Actually the truth is that you thought about those events even before they happened and you only come to realize those thoughts after the event must have taken place. Such is the power of thoughts; they affect our lives, behavior and circumstances, especially our most predominant thoughts.
It is completely possible to change our lives through repeated thinking; this is a simple fact that most people are yet to realize. Positive thinking is invaluable. A very good example is that of overcoming shyness. Suppose you are a shy person and you really want to be better. A good way to start is to visualize yourself talking boldly and confidently with people. Create a mental picture in which you are speaking fluently with a group of people and everyone is paying attention to every word you say. When you continue thinking this way, soon your gain strength on the inside and with time you will start seeing the required change you desire.
Thinking about a particular thing repeatedly makes that thought to gain ground and be established in your subconscious mind. When this happens an inner strength is generated, allowing our subconscious mind to align this mental picture with our reality. The advantage of this activity is that it is a mental activity and doesn’t require any physical exertion. This does not mean you are to remain passive and just continue thinking, instead we should open up our mind to any opportunity related to our thoughts and with time your efforts would pay off.
Thus we develop new habits, get new jobs, improve our relationship, and make money just by thinking the right thoughts. With faith and attention, we will not be only able to improve our lives, but also master our circumstances and make a positive impact to our generation. This is a secret that you must take seriously, for herein lies the power to recreate your life!
